THE UNWRITTEN RULE

Make sure to save something in the tank for the final 3rd. It doesn’t matter how many times you do this run, the final 1.5km will make you want to cry.

THE CHANCE OF going off way too fast - 106%

🏃‍♀️ THE RUN 🏃‍♂️

This Saturday morning Park Run is Marmite, but love it❤️ or hate it, you’ll find yourself returning for more.

The lovely bunch of volunteers will be with you from start to finish - cheering you on👏.

You will inevitable get carried away and fly down the first 3rd. The middle 3rd is flatter and things stabilise enough to enjoy some beautiful views. The last 3rd is back up the hill of death - good luck and remember, its just a hill !

This is local community loveliness to kick start your weekend. Beautiful views make up for the challenging finish.

🚶‍♂️ THE SLOWER OPTION🚶‍♀️
